Post Star founder and Editorial Director, Dr. Bhupendra Bhandari returned from California to fight the war against Constitutional Emergency of India in 1976 with a daily named Dainik Pratinidhi (Daily Representative) inaugurated by then Deputy Prime Minister of India, Shri Babuji Jagjiwan Ram on August 28, 1977.
