A senior nurse in Florida, United States, Katherine Locker, says on YouTube, that before anything else, “wash your stinking hands”. Because after coughing in your palms, you touch anything and you contaminate it.

Further she shows how to cough smartly, “watch this, I am going to teach you a magic trick. It’s amazing”. She fake coughs in her elbow instead of the palm. That way the palm stays clean and you avoid spreading germs with dirty hands.
She also suggests a whole family visiting a sick person in the hospital emergency room. This area is always spelled with contamination.
The person goes in the ER for flu, filthy infected people go out. This is how epidemics spread. This flu patient got other infections now, thanks to the filthy person in ER, thoughtlessly contaminating the environment.
She just completed a 12-hour overtime shift and says, “little babies should also not be exposed to ER of hospitals. Babies are most fragile and will easily get infected. And ER can not rule out filthy people from services.
